Maintenance advice
Freestyle scootering is an extreme sport (even for a beginner). Our OXELO MF range is designed for this type of use; they are sturdy but not indestructible. It is therefore important to check that the steering is properly tightened (tighten if necessary) and there are no cracks or hairlines (replace the worn part if necessary) before, during and after use:

What is the difference between a freestyle scooter and a "normal" scooter?
The differences between a freestyle scooter and a classic scooter are similar to those between a BMX bike and a city bike. A freestyle scooter has wider handlebars and smaller wheels (making it easier to handle). Its weight is also different (it is lighter) and it is more manoeuvrable. Since the aim is to do tricks, the handlebars can do a full turn, for example. Freestyle scooters are also more rigid and sturdy.
The deck
Painted, 6061 T6 aluminium deck. 3 channel structure with 4 reinforced rails. Dimensions: 110 x 500 mm (4"x19").
T-Bar (handlebar)
One piece steel T-bar. Dimensions: diameter = 31.8, H = 500 mm, L = 420 mm. T-bar/deck angle: 82.5°.
Iron reinforced fork ONLY compatible with 100 mm diameter wheels (integrated spacer system in the fork).
1/1"8 Threaded VP headset. Standard compression system (SCS).
Collar clamp
3 screw collar clamp. Inner dimensions: Ø31.8 mm.

Why are there different wheel sizes?
100, 110 or 120 mm? The bigger the wheel's diameter, the more stability the rider will have, which helps them go faster... The downside is the weight. A bigger wheel will be heavier and harder to manoeuvre when doing tricks. The wheel size should therefore be chosen based on your aims.
